Contact [email protected] before sending any product back. Returns require a valid return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and must be shipped to the location and by the method provided in the authorization.

Return Policy
This Return Policy explains how to request authorization and the conditions that apply to product returns.
Return Window
Unless a different period is stated in the order, quotation, product page, or vendor terms, a return request must be submitted within thirty calendar days after delivery. Approval is not guaranteed.
Product Condition
Products must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with original packaging, labels, accessories, documentation, licenses, and security seals intact. Products damaged after delivery or returned incomplete may be rejected or credited at a reduced amount.
Non-Returnable Products
Non-returnable products may include software and licenses, activated subscriptions, services, custom-configured products, special orders, clearance items, consumables, opened products restricted by the vendor, and products identified as final sale.
Return Shipping
Unless the return results from a confirmed VeeMost fulfillment error or a product received damaged, the customer is responsible for secure packaging, insurance, tracking, and return shipping costs. Unauthorized collect shipments may be refused.
Inspection and Resolution
Returned products are inspected before credit, replacement, or refund approval. Processing begins after the authorized return is received. Vendor review may be required for defective products and warranty claims.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Notify support within three business days of delivery and retain the packaging, shipping label, and product. Provide the order number, serial number where applicable, photographs, and a description of the issue.
