Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment, availability, compliance, and address checks are completed. Processing time varies for configured, licensed, backordered, special-order, and vendor-shipped products.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated charges are shown during checkout or on the quotation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier, vendor, weather, customs, supply, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Delivery Address and Receipt

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure an authorized person can receive the shipment. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or requested rerouting may be charged to the customer.

International Shipping

International availability depends on the destination, product restrictions, export controls, and carrier service. Unless expressly included at checkout, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, and customs requirements.

Damage, Shortage or Non-Delivery

Inspect shipments promptly. Record visible damage with the carrier and notify VeeMost support within three business days of delivery. For a missing shipment, contact support after reviewing the tracking information and delivery location.

Risk and Carrier Delays

Risk of loss and title pass as stated in the applicable order terms. VeeMost will provide reasonable assistance with carrier claims but is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
